These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Look of Elegance Shuttle Service’s services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a shuttle service with Look of Elegance Shuttle Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Service Availability

Our services are available within a 50-mile radius of Athens Clarke County. Look of Elegance Shuttle Service reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group.

3. Booking Procedures

Bookings must be made through our online platform or by contacting our customer service team. All bookings require a valid credit card for payment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards. No cash payments are accepted.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a refund.

6. Liability

Look of Elegance Shuttle Service is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property that occurs during the course of the shuttle service, unless caused by our negligence.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

8. Changes to Terms

Look of Elegance Shuttle Service reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
